Rules for Custom Design Jacket Orders
Basic rules regarding ordering a custom designed jackets
Rules:
Guidelines for what is appropriate and unappropriate for a custom design order.
One:
Appropriateness:
Music artists, actors, florals, shapes, characters (movie, book, comic book, tv show, etc.), Pinterest inspiration, portrait of friends/family, etc.
Two:
Inappropriate:
Explicate imagery (anything nude, vulgar, or showing body parts that aren't clothed in an inappropriate manner), swears words (unless approved by designer), or anything that can't be advertised publicly.
Three:
Approval:
If something that is sent to or messaged to the designer for the custom jacket isn't approved by the designer, it will be declined, or the customer will be asked to find a more appropriate option. Payment will not be accepted until the design is approved.
Four:
Payment and Designing Process
Once the custom designed jacket is paid for and has begun being made there is NO REFUNDS or backing out of the order. The order will be finalized, and a shipping label WILL be created as soon as the custom jacket begins being made.
